Early disturbances of cerebral microcirculation and cerebral ischemia are the principle pathological basis of secondary brain insults after acute head injury.This study deals with the changes of cerebral microvasculaturecerebral microthrombus, some aspects on regional brain metabolism, and its relation to brain edema, and also investigated the effects on acute brain injury and on cerebral microvasculature by using ahylysantinfarctum.
