The growth and metastasis of carcinoma are dependent on the formation of new blood vessels. Once tumor take has population must be preceded by an increase in new capillaries that converge upon the tumor, and the enlarge of tumor size was related , closely with neovascularization. The formation of blood vessels (angiogenesis) affect severly the prognosis of tumor. Although tumors l-2mm in diameter can receive all nutrients by diffusion, further growth depend on the developments of an adequate blood supply through angiogenesis, migration and going into circulation of tumor cells need undeveloped neovascularization. The induction of angiogenesis is mediated by several angiogenic molecules released by both tumor cells and host cells. Unbalanced activator and inhibtor result in angiogensis, which is reached by endothelial cells proliferation and migration.
