The bone defect caused by many reason, such as trauma, infection is common in clinic.Bone defect is a bone lost caused by trauma, sarcoma or infection. Damaged bone will spontaneously heal provided the defect is not over a critical limit, but when the defect is critical-sized, it will be filled by fibrous tissue because the osteoblast cells can not pass the gap between two broken bones. So a proper treatment, like bone transplant, is necessary. Bone defect patients take a very important part from orthopedics patients, there are about 10~15% orthopedics patients who need bone transplant at least. The researches on the biomaterials used in bone resconstruction applying the high-techology are the hot topics focused by the clinical and biomaterial scientists.Bone tissue engineering is a subject which applying engineering and medicine principles to repair and reconstruct bone defects. Recently, researchers are mainly focusing on fabrication bioactive compounds. Ideal bioactive compounds should possess good biocompatibility and three dimension porous structure as well as assuring their mechanic properties. Only by this kind of structure can the composites support cells proliferation and differentiation, provide enough space and communicate ways for supplying adequate nutrients for blood vessels and nerves to grow in. At present, bone mesenchymal stem cells(rMSCs) have been researched and...
