Objective Mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) is a good choice for cell transplantation for its multilineage differentiation ability and low immunogenicity. Our previous studies in vitro indicated that undifferentiated MSC of swine are low immunogenic and could suppress proliferative response of human peripheral blood lymphocyte (hPBL) to different antigens.
