Objective:How to effective prophylasis the reinfection of hepatitis B virus (HBV)after liver transplantation is still one of the most sophisticated problems needed to be solved urgently. The main mechanism of eliminating HBV is that CTL cell kills infected hepatic cell and releases HBsAb, so the key to hinder the replicating of HBV is to keep high titer of HBsAb in the serum. But there is always dendritic cells(DCs)function deficit in the HBV infected persons, and there is always DCs function inhibiting following the essential immunosuppressive therapy after LT, therefore, to recover the powerful immune function of DCs and to use active immune therapy may become the most effective method to prevent HBV replicating. However, there is no report about the effect of the HBsAg-DCs vaccination in animal experiment,so there is still a lack of direct evidence that the vaccination could prevent the re-infection of HBV after liver transplantation(LT).Then we will do studies as follow in our experiments:The first,to prepare HBsAg-DCs vaccination via HBsAg stossing DCs,and to detect the immunological competence; The second,to build experimental model of...
