Nowadays the incidence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) is increasing. It is still not clear in China though it is about 11% in USA. Questionnaire, urinary routine test, blood urea, creatinine and calculating formula were internationally used to find CKD, and the risk of CKD, such as hypertension, diabetes, also must be evaluated, and to take some relevant methods to control and prevent them. The commonly used immunosuppressants were mainly used in the treatment of patients with moderate or heavy proteinuria, but it is not fully understood the mechanism of them in the treatment of renal disease, although partly associated with inhibiting of inflammation in kidney. Objective:1. To investigate the suitable formula calculating glomerular filtration rate (GFR) for Chinese.2. To survey the incidence of CKD in Chinese people.3. To observe the effects of glucocorticoids (GC) and mycophenolate mofe-fil (MMF) in the treatment of CKD caused by glomerular disease.4. To look for the therapeutic effect and mechanism of MMF and le-flunomide (LEF) in the treatment of rats with adriamycin nephropathy.5. To explore the effect of GC on glucocorticoid receptor and podocyte associated with protein in podocyte in vitro.Methods:...
