Research On The Multiple Protections Of Compound TCM Xueluofuxin Granules To Blood Vessel

Objectives: To investigate xueluofuxin granules in therapeutic effect on hyperlipemia and protection to blood vessel endothelium. xueluofuxin granules is composed of Milkvetch Root, Chinese hawthorn, Motherwort Herb, FRUCTUS SCHISANDRAE CHINENSIS, Asarum heterotropoides Fr.Schmidt var.mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag., all of which was produced in Liaoning Province, Thus to provide scientific evidence for its clinic application and exploitation. Methods:Animal experiment: forty healthy rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: control groups, hyperlipemia groups, treated 1 groups, treated 2 groups. We Reviewed blood fat and secretary function of blood vessel endothelium before and after treated.Clinical study: thirty-five hyperlipemia patients were divided into three groups: control groups, treated with Western medicine groups (Simvastatin groups), treated with traditional Chinese medicine groups. We reviewed the changes of blood fat and secretary function of blood vessel endothelium before and after treated. Results:Animal experiment: TC, TG, LDL-C and 6-ketone-prostaglandin F_1α in blood serum of treated with traditional Chinese medicine groups were obviously lower than that of hyperlipemia groups after experiment (p<0.05) .HDLC, thromboxane in blood plasm and the ratio of thromboxane and 6-ketone-prostaglandin F_1α were remarkably higher than that of hyperlipemia groups, and nitrogen monoxidum in blood serum was lower than hyperlipemia groups (p<0.05). Clinical study: The levels of CPR, MAD and leptin in treated with traditional Chinese medicine groups were remarkably lower than that in hyperlipemia groups(p<0.05), while TNF-Aand CRP higher than that in control groups, PHGOX in treated with traditional Chinese medicine groups was higher than that in hyperlipemia groups.Conclusions: Compound traditional Chinese medicine- xueluofuxin granules had effect on regulating blood fat, anti-oxidation and anti-inflammatory, and had effect on protecting vascular endothelial cell, therefore it was worth using generally.
