The effect factors on separation was studied and based on which a orthogonal experimental design was established for screen out separation method. Out of 21 chiral drugs, 17 was separated and 10 of which were baseline separation. Nine of them was first reported. The established methods were also used for detecting the eantiomer impurity.Amphiprotic chiral drug cetirinine was enantioseparationed by MEKC with two micellar and two chiral additives. The effect of each additives and effect factors on separation were studied. The structure of inclusion complex of zomitriptan with HP- β -CD was proposed through determine the inclusion constants and studied mechanism of the inclusion by CZE and NMR. | Keywords/Search Tags: | capillary electrophoresis, chiral drugs, enantioseparation, CZE, MEKC, NMR, inclusion mechanism, enantiomer impurity detection, cyclodextrins | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
