According to different of the age and pathological changes, cured by keep and the surgical operation, combining the Chinese medicine recover from illness, asking for the help of the modernly experiment , selected the single side child of the development dislocation of the hip (DDH) comparing the normal side with the ill side hip before treatment and after treatment, to investigate the hip local dynamia distribution influence by different treatment method . passing to investigate the radiography and three dimension related index, combinating the treatment function evaluate, under the leade of dialectical theory of the Chinese medicine, select the method according to different of the age and pathological changes, DDH have the good curative effective.Method: According to different of the age and pathological changes give to keep and the surgical operationn . 0-1 age use jiaopidou, 1-3 age use plasticity aluminium plank The patient is older who has heavy pathological changes use the three unite operation, The Chinese medicine is used by interior and external, push to take and to doexercises , observe the structural variety of the hip by measuring the femoral neck angle ofanteversion and the index acetabulum, CE angle, the femoral head overlay rate (AI). Result: According to the standard to assess the treatment function variety., two years follow-up was excellent 41 (68.33%), good 12 ( 20.00%), general 4 (6.67%), bad 3 (5.00%). 102 cases of different ages were treated with the DDH operation and were followed up for 2 years, the results: the excellent 83 (79.31%), the good 8 (7.83%), general 6 (5.88%), the bad 5 (4.90%).II Experiment part Purpose: The coax joint's stress changes were observe throughthree dimension finite unite to prove that the three unite operation was effective.Methods: In clinical research, selected the single side of the DDH coax joint as model. Especially the Von mises stress, shear stress and the dislocation stress on acetabular and around femoral, the coax joint's stress changes were observed through the simulation of the normal coax joint, DDH coax join of the preoperationand postopertion,. Results: The Von mises stress and dislocation stress of the acetabulum , femoral head and the femoral neck decreased(P<0.01) after the operation. Campered with the normal hip, the Von mises stress and dislocation stress of the acetabulum , femoral head and the femoral neck of the had no difference (p>0.05 ) after the operation.HI Conclusion:1. The operation was selected according to the difference of the ages and the pathological changes.The jiaopidou and the plasticity aluminium plank were used to the younger patients. The three unite operation were used to the elder patients.2. The coax joint part mechanics distribution circumstance have great changes after thethree unite operation can changes, the stress distribution of the hip approach to normal and accord to the the request of the normal growth after the operation . The femoral head position is stable, has no tendency of differate location, the stress of the joint to every Direction tended to equilibrium.
