Experimental Research On The Expression Of The CaBPmRNA And Protein In The Intestinal Mucosa Of The Osteoporosis Rats Due To Kidney Deficiency

Objective: From the aspect of calcium metabolism, reach the expression of the CaBP-D₂8k and CaBP-D₉kand protein and change of TGF-β in the intestinal mucosa of the osteoporosis rats due to kidney deficiency in order to explore the episode mechanism of the osteoporosis due to kidney deficiency and explain the effective of the nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney Chinese herbs on treating and preventing the osteoporosis.Material and Method: Using the method of ovariectomy, we established the rat model of osteoporosis due to kidney deficiency; Applying the nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney Chinese herbs (small,middle and big dosage) to the rats for 12 weeks. Choosing GUSHUKANG and MULI calcium to be positive control group and choosing normal rats to be standard control group and choosing model blank to be blank control group. Using dual energy X-ray bone density instrument to detect the bone mineral density of the left femur of the rats; we also detected the indexes of the ALP, RTAP, TGF- β and the amount of serum Ca and Mg in the artery and vein and so on; we also detected the expression of the CaBP-D₂8k and CaBP-D₉k and proteinin the intestinal mucosa of the osteoporosis rats.Result:(1) The comparation of the experimental animal' s uterus index: To be compared with the standard control group, the uterus index of model blank group remarkably decreased. After 12weeks, To be compare with the blank control group, the uterus index of the nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney Chinese herbs (small and middle dosage) group and positive control group all increased. But it has no significance difference in statistics.(2) The result of the BMD of the experimental animal femur showed: The BMD of blank control group remarkably decreased compared with normal control. The BMD of all experimental groups increased. And the BMD of the nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney Chinese herbs (small and middle dosage) group is similar to the normal group which is the best and better than p'ositive control, but has no significance difference in statistics compared with GUSHUKANG control group. The BMD of the nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney Chinese herbs (big dosage) group can increase, but it hasno significance difference in statistics compared with blank control.(3) The symbol of the bone absorption: the results of the serum of the TRAP showed: To be compare with the normal control group, the index of blank control remarkably increased. The activity of the serum of the TRAP of all experimental groups increased which is no similar to normal group. The effect of the nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney Chinese herbs (small and middle dosage) group is more remarkable. And it has very significance difference in statistics compared with positive control group. The nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney Chinese herbs (big dosage) group and GUSHUKANG group can decrease the activity of the serum of the TRAP, but it has no significance difference in statistics compared with blank control.
