Abstract/Summary:
Heart transplantion has been used in many hospitals, which has become the most effective therapy for end-stage Heart disease. At the same time ,if or not the acute graft rejection is treated effectively that will become the key of heart transplating. Some study indicate recently: the Fas/Fasl is the foundation of conducting cell apoptosis, which joint the produre of CTL impairing the target cell.In this study, Adult heart clear inbred strain closed colony SD rat is the receiver, wistar rat is the provider, the sum is 24 respectively. Setting the rat cardiac allograft model.groupA: model, groupB: CsA, and groupC: sppan acetic ether extract. We will harvest heart by stage after operating, and measure the expression of histopathological change, expression of FasL mRNA by methods of microscope and RT-PCR.The result show: Sppan acetic ether extract may alleviate the impairing of acute rejection and suppress the express of fasL mRNA, there were significantly statistical differences compared with groupA.The result indicate: sppan acetic ether extract has the power of suppressing the progress of acute graft rejection. So it can provide significant protective effects on transplated heart.
