Ovary malignant reproduction cell tumor has quite a more proportion in female tumors and has a increasing tendency with the year. In treatment besides operation chemical treatment becomes more important in order to prevent tumor transfering and relapsing after operation.Although the effect of the drugs for chemical treatment is better at present, the ill effect is more serious and easier to be tolerant.So finding and screening more stronger effect and lower toxicity drug of chemical treatment have a more profound social meaning.Traditional medicine plays an important role in anti-tumor and has the characters of attenuation and improving effect.We selected Kang Ai Ning as anti-tumor drug and explored the effect and mechanism of Kang Ai Ning to ovary tumor cell by molecular biology technology . biology technology and immume technology. We aim to choose a kind of more stronger effect and lower toxicity drug and provide scientific theory for clinical utilization.We chose Kang Ai Ning A and Kang Ai Ning E as anti-tumor drug and selected the high transfering cell and the low transfering cell of ovary tumor as target cell. We evaluated Kang Ai Ning A and Kang Ai Ning E to the effect of anti-tumor cell activity by cell culture in vitro. The change of morphology and ultrastructure after injecting drugs was observed by light microscope and electron microscope. The mechanism of tumur cell drug was explored through immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR.The result showed that Kang Ai Ning A and Kang Ai Ning E inhibited the activity of the high transfering cell and the low transfering cell of ovary cancer. Kang Ai Ning E could associate with cisplatin to improveinhibiting ovary tumor growth. Morphology was changed after using the drug to tumor cell.It mainly showed that the cells became round and some cells became splitting and shrinkage.In the electron microscope the tumor cells with Kang Ai Ning A largely showed necrosis and the tumor cells with Kang Ai Ning E largely showed apoptosis. Kang Ai Ning A had no obvious inhibition to gene Survivin with two kinds of tumor cells. Kang Ai Ning E had inhibition to gene Survivin with two kinds of tumor cells.Above all, we draw a conclusion: 1. Kang Ai Ning A and Kang Ai Ning E can inhibit tumor cells the high transfering cell HO8910PM and the low transfering cell HO8910. 2. The inhibition of Kang Ai Ning E to tumor cells is better than that of Kang Ai Ning A. 3. The inhibition of Kang Ai Ning A to tumor cells is mainly expressed by necrosis. 4. The inhibition of Kang Ai Ning E to tumor cells is mainly expressed by apoptosis. 5. Kang Ai Ning E can associate with cisplatin to inhibit ovary tumor growth. 6. Kang Ai Ning E causes the apoptosis of tumor cells and represses the growth of tumor cells mainly through inhibiting gene Survivin.
