| Forest fire is a complex natural phenomena, whose occurrence and spread are affected by multiple factors, including socio-economic conditions, human activities, productivity level, forest fuel, weather conditions and fire source.To find small fire is the key for preventing forest fire in recently decades both at home and abroad.Forest fire monitoring is used to detect fire in real time,to confirm fire location and size,to measure trend,to monitor the spreading of fire. The change of forest fire monitoring strategy causes the change of model for monitoring and managing between fire monitoring departments and other collaborative departments.These departments has its own monitoring functions and independent characteristic and cooperation abilities between departments, such cooperation gradually changed from the traditional centralized method to the distribution and flat structure cooperative monitoring tasks and working flows,cooperations between departments and monitoring methodologies become the main working mode,which requires supports for forest fire monitoring essential business information system with collabotaive capabilities.Base on the various factors,in this study,the status and relationships of monitoring techniques as well as relationship between relevant fire monitoring departments were analyzed. Several major topics were comprisesed in this research as following:(1) Providing a new approach for monitoring forest fire with analyzing collaboration of forest fire monitoring.There are many factors that may yield forest fire. The information of different kinds of factors yielding forest fire should be collected, transmitted, processed and analyzed by corresponding sectors with reasonable working flows. Forest fire collaboration monitoring is different to conventional forest fire system monitoring with monitoring for forest fire management, forest fire treatment and renew after forest fire etc.,which could provide fire information and datas in time for scientific decision making and forest fire suppression. (2) Providing distributed optimization technology for forest fire collaboration monitoring service oriented application.With service-oriented software architecture and software developing strategy, this study encapsulated all kinds of resources of forest fire monitoring. Performed semantic description for service with OWL-S(Semantic Markup for Web Services) to implement discovering, evaluation and distribution for service. An agent workflow accessing mechanism oriented monitoring task was bring up for monitoring service, to resolve issue that it is difficult to implement monitoring resource authorization for conventional RBAC model under forest fire collaboration monitoring, to implement accessing authorization orienting dynamic combination service under distribution setting.(3) Study on discovery and evaluation technologies for forest fire monitoring services between distributed domains.Under the forest fire collaboration monitoring domains, all kinds of forest fire monitoring resources are distributed as web services at different level of forest fire monitoring and management sectors. Each sectors did not know the monitoring resources in others. By establishing distribution service somatic matching engine,search for forest fire monitoring could be implemented, the fittest monitoring resources could be selected to collecting and transmitting forest fire informations.(4) Implements of monitoring task oriented web service working flow constructions and optimization technologyDefinition of monitoring task is defined to distinct the target and consists.Decomposition rules and processes are build to constructing monitoring task. Various constraint rules and matching technologies between task and services are designed. To meet the monitoring mission requirements, the deailed design techniques of service process is deeply discussed.(5) Service oriented application forest fire collaborative monitoring system prototype is designed to accomplish monitoring collaboration.Collaborative monitor web-service oriented application system prototype,cooperation layer and working flow layer of the system are designed.The structure of peer to peer network which supports the cooperate working, was worked over. Based on such networks forest fire monitoring information communication mode achieved.At last based on the prototype the construction of monitoring resource service ontology, definition of collaborative monitoring tasks,collaborative monitoring workflow construction and management,etc. these critical technologies are achieved. |
