| Rural schools' traditional toilet always adopt dry lavatory, which can lead to more environment question that has not been resolved. Biogas technology applied in rural school lavatory sewage processing, both may solve the restroom environmental sanitation problem, and may provide the fuel for the school teachers and students, but also may through put ferment surplus to the ecology plant system then increases its income. Unifies northwest local rural nature, geography, climate, resources and humanities condition, explore biogas utilization system suitable for the rural campus, and establish a set of scientific, systems and operational evaluation standard and index system, and evaluate rural biogas eco-campus comprehensive benefit have become urgent and need to be study and resolve the issue, which is also a hot spot for scientific research.For this hot coke problem, on the basis of analyse the rural biogas eco-campus features and benefits and methods in the field of research evaluation, this paper was studied about rural biogas eco-campus comprehensive efficiency benefit evaluation index system with combining traditional and modern research method and had set up a scientific and practical comprehensive benefits evaluation index system. It was studied about rural biogas eco-campus comprehensive efficiency evaluation method, it took three different biogas eco-campus models as an example, based on a large number of field survey and research data, using constructed evaluation index system, launched rural biogas eco-campus comprehensive efficiency evaluation application, pointed out the different emphasis point about benefit of different rural biogas eco-campus models. Overall, it highlighted the multi-disciplinary, multi-specialization and multi-field cross-cutting and integration features, including major accomplishments and results as follows:1. Under the current environment and increasingly ecological damage, and the biogas technique progress, the rural biogas eco-campus was stated for improving rural primary and secondary schools current poor economic conditions and pollutant discharges recklessly. It took the biogas as the link, combined with planting and breeding and caused recycling waste to realize economic, social and ecological and environmental benefit. According to local conditions, it will be advantageous in realizing the school public toilet sewage recycling and resource-recycling technologies to form the integrated rural primary and secondary schools applied known as rural biogas eco-campus model. The rural biogas eco-campus model generally includes flushing technology and anaerobic digestion technology component, sanitary toilet, ecological farming and ecological cultivation.2. For China's different geographical characteristics and actual demands, based on ecology and systematics theoretical basis, it designed the core of the rural biogas eco-campus --biogas system, come up with designing methods, principles and design standards, and designd the 'toilet-biogas-vegetable'model, 'pigs, toilet-biogas-vegetable'model, and 'grass-goats, toilet-biogas-fruit'model.3. From environmental factors, biological factors, and social factors, it interprete on the rural biogas eco-campus characteristics, from economic benefits, environmental benefits, social benefits it analysed rural biogas eco-campus comprehensive benefits and has laid the foundation for establishment of the evaluation index system.4. Based on the largest number of research and reference of expert advice, analysis the rural biogas ecological campus main factors and manifestations. To build the rural biogas eco-campus comprehensive assessment should follow six principles as follows: the systematic, scientific, comparability, workable, comprehensive and that combination of stability and independence. It also took theoretical analysis and expert advice on the integration,in accordance with AHP.The index system include of 21 indicators which can be quota evaluated, and 18 indicators which can be qualitive evaluated.5. Analytical methods used in determining the level indicator system, with expert-level analysis and evaluation to determine the index weight. The index weight results show that: the largest weight of the second indicators is of the ecological environment indicators (0.4731), the bigger weight is of the economic indicator (0.2856), the smallest weight is of the social indicator (0.2513). In the third indicators the biggest are of the infrastructure investment, and operation costs ratio.6. Using the above method and index system on three different models of rural biogas ecological campus to evaluate the overall efficiency. The results are as follows: 'pig toilet-biogas-vegetable' the best economic model (0.1879),the best eco-environmental benefits (0.7525),and the 'Grass - sheep, toilet - Marsh - fruit,' the best mode of social benefits (0.2564). Comprehensive evaluation results show that:'grass - goats, toilet - biogas -fruit' model is 0.3786 which slightly better than 'pigs, toilet - biogas - dishes' model 0.3777, and the 'toilet - biogas - vegetable' model 0.1789. Facts have proved that the evaluation results consists with experts' evaluation.So actually the method and index system are objective, and can be promoted, and it can provides a new evaluation approach for other schools comprehensive evaluation. |
