With the highly developed industrializing and the urban sprawling, the living environment in urban begin to face crisis. As the key part of the natural productivity in urban structures, green spaces play an important part to adjust the urban system. Yet, because of the shortage of land in urban, it is impossible to increase the green spaces'areas unlimitedly. Therefore, how to improve the ecological effects of green spaces while controlling their area becomes an urgent problem. Presently, lots of cities mainly pay their attention on satisfying the three indices proposed by the national construction department (the rate of green spaces in the area with finished construction, the coverage of green spaces and average public green spaces per person), but neglect the ecological effect and spacial distribution rationality of green spaces. However, the composing and configuration of the green space ecology system decides the display of its ecological functions. Therefore, analyzing the spacial distribution of green space became the point of how to study the rationality of its distribution and how to make its function perform well. The study areas lie in Shenzhen and are studied mainly by using RS and GIS. Meanwhile, a lot of field works had been taken, and with the help of some principles and methods of geostatistics and landscape ecology, the quantitative analysis can be taken on the distribution of green spaces and the urban thermal environments on a large scale, as well as an initiate study about their relationship. Also, it estimates the necessary areas of the green spaces and proposed some relevant suggestions and strategies about virescence. The main study results and innovations are as following:1.There are many factors which may influence the abstraction of the green spaces'spatial distribution. This dissertation focuses on the spectral character at first and applies the vegetation index in...
