| Taking CCRI 12 as the contrast, this paper studied NuCOTN33B's nitrogen metabolism character and its regulation on high yield expression cooperating with anti-insect quality. The results were showed as follows. 1. NuCOTN33B's nitrogen metabolize was very active on roots before early flowering stage. The deoxidizing ability was powerful, and amino acid composition content was high. But the physiological activity was lower, and the ability of water and nitrogen absorption was worse. After later bolling stage, nitrogen absorption in roots and cotton growth above ground were affected because of early shypofunction in roots. 2. Nitrogen metabolize of NuCOTN33B was strong before flowering stage. The activities of NR and GS-GOGAT were higher, but the activity of proteinase was lower. The abilities of deoxidization and assimilation in leaves were stronger, and the activities of proteinase and peptidase were higher. But the contents of protein and dissociative amino acid were decreased. Those caused the leaves function going down. 3. The activities of NRA and GS-GOGAT were lower during flowering stage. At the same time, the Bt protein content was lower also. 4. The actives of GOT and GPT were lower than CCRI 12, but the activity of peptidase was higher and the proportion of amino acid components in leaves was changed. 5. By the uniform treatment (DPC), the contents and proportion of CTKs,IAA,GAs and ABA in lateral roots were adjusted, which stimulated lateral roots growing well. As the physiological activity in roots was improved and the ability of composition, transformation and absorption were enhanced, the transporting contents of CTKs,IAA,GAs and nutrients from ground were increase greatly. After bolling stage, the root physiological activity fell slowly and functional period was prolonged. 6. The contents of CTKs and GAs in leaves were adjusted and nitrogen metabolize process was improved by the uniform treatment. Before flowering stage, the activities of NR and GPT were raised, but the activities of GS-GOGAT and GOT were decreased. Nitrogen deoxidization and assimilation, amino acid and protein composition were stimulated. The activities of proteinase and peptidase were raised, which stimulated nitrogen cycle. After bolling stage, the activities of proteinase and peptidase were reduced, but the contents of protein and amino acid were increased. The leave functional stage was prolonged. 7. The contents of main amino acid and amide of Bt protein in upper layer young leaves and functional leaves were increased by the uniform treatments, and Bt protein composition was stimulated also. Meanwhile, the amino acid proportion in upper layer leaves was adjusted and tended towards CCRI 12. The expression of Bt protein cooperating with functional protein was accelerated. 8. The main yield forming part and main boll weight transferred downwards and to inlier. The high activity stage of yielding sink organ was at the same period as the leave functional stage, which stimulated high yield, good quality and early ripping. 9. The uniform treatment increased nitrogen contents in all organs of NuCOTN33B and raised nitrogen-absorbing contents from soil. Moreover, it enhanced nitrogen-transporting contents to production organs greatly and stimulated expression between high yield and Insect-resistance. |
