In the practice of animal production and breeding, there has certain relationship between individuals of experiment by the effect of intensive feeding and lock breeding. It makes the correlation between observed or phenotype values. Many traits in animal body, as growth trait, started to express early at embryo. But although some traits, like lactation trait and laying trait, couldn抰 express until after system and individual development. Their expressing process are similarly with growth trait抯 and changed with time. Many important economical traits in animal body are dynamic. And most productive performances or economical traits embody the comprehensive character of many rudiment character or traits. Just since that the experiments for improving productivity or economical traits always face the system of multiple index. The following research were developed aiming at the correlativity in animals, the dynamic and comprehensive character of traits. 1. Discussed the new approach of statistical and genetic analysis base on correlation in animals. I . I Put forward an calculating formula for judging the relationship in individuals or populations and prove that it is superior to the Nei抯 similarity coefficient by DNA fingerprinting. 1.2 Discussed the common method of statistical deduce for correlative sample in that the normal method are not suitable to this sample. And this method make it possible for the cross and interfusion of animal nutrition and breeding, the two research directions. 1.3 Discovered a new data form, classification data of relationship, between classical sib data and complex breeding data. And deduced the corresponding estimation formula of genetic parameter by Henderson method. 1.4 Discussed the estimating method of the effective size of population in the condition that there 2001 has relationship in initial conservation population. 1.5 Under the known relationship and productivity of patterns, established a mathematical model of mating in animals by variable breeding and conservation aim. And developed a system for inbreeding degree analysis and to selected mating decision-making in animal population by combining inbreeding degree analysis in population and using Visual-BASIC. 1.6 Analyzed the population inbreeding degree of Ming pig by the 20-year data of LanXi swine farm and conserved the Ming line by the rotation of pure-reproduction and crossing on sub-populations, Based on it studied the optimized conservation and selective mating plan which adapt to varing sub-populations. 2. Discussed a new approach of statistic and genetic analysis basing on the dynamics if animal traits. 2.1 Studied the significance test method of the difference in dynamic dots with no repeat and with repeat in treatments, respectively, when known that dynamic traits change with time. 2.2 Studied the significance test method of the difference of model parameter in different treatment when known that dynamic traits change with time. 2.3 Put forward one-step analysis of dynamic traits for improving the analysis accuracy of dynamic traits. 2.4 Studied the estimating method of genetic parameter in dynamic traits when known that dynamic traits change with time. 2.5 Established a general mathematic model for estimating breeding value of dynamic traits on the basis of two-step estimation. And put forward a solving method for model parameter which with best unbiased estimation character and the estimating method of breeding value of...
