With the development of economy, various types of projects are inevitable to encounter problems in slope engineering. The stability and treatment of slope engineering not only affect the construction quality and progress, but also have important significance to the safety of people and their property. Based on the high slope engineering of Liaoning Gongyuan Cement 5000 t/d production line and the in-site investigation, as well as the indoor experiment, the plane slide and wedge slide of the slope have been analyzed, using limit imbalance method and finite element method to analyze the stress and strain of slope. Adopting the Mohr-Coulomb theory and the maximum strain theory, the broken areas of the slope have been studied. Finally, determine the cutting slope angle of each section and put forward the treatment of retaining wall in front and blind ditch in after-edge, which provides an important reference for similar engineering.
