The storey element mode for irregular isolated structure is suggested in this paper. The major performance parameters of the modal are floor stiffness, elasticity radius and eccentricity of stiffness. All of these performance parameters are only related to measure and material of the floor. On the base of modal analysis, simplified calculation method for lateral-torsional coupled isolated structure is established in this paper. This method has smaller dynamical freedom and parameter; it's the same with practicality design and calculation of asymmetric lateral-torsional coupled isolated structure. The finite storey element mode with consideration of floor deformation and dynamic and static calculation method for irregular multiple-course construction and isolated-structure are established by using storey element performance parameters. This method is convenient joined with traditional calculation method, and its process is clearly, credibility and prone to grasp. On the side of numerical calculation, improved wilson -θmethod, response-spectrum analysis and time-history escalator method are suggested.The calculation analysis of this paper shows that, performance parameter of superstructure has some influence on torsion-effect of isolated-structure, and performance parameter of isolated-layer has great influence. It can reduce more base inertia-torsion by setting eccentricity of isolated-layer reverse with eccentricity of superstructure. Local deformation can great reduce on concave-convex irregular isolated-structure, but deformation of soleplate on concave-convex part of isolated- layer is rather large. Performance parameter of superstructure and isolated- storey has great influence on deformation of soleplate. It can efficient reduce deformation of soleplate by making plane arrangement of isolated-stiffness accord with the super- structure. Sidesway and floor deformation of feebleness-storey on superstructure can efficient reduce in bottom feebleness- storey irregular isolated-structure. It also can reduce deformation of soleplate by making plane arrangement of isolated-stiffness accord with feebleness- storey.
