Cooperated product development and cooperated production control (CPD&CPC) based on alliance mechanism, with the advanced network technique, product development technique, manufacturing technique and other related techniques used, builds certain market demand oriented network based alliance system. With the support of the system, the constraints are broken through which are imposed on the enterprise's production running scope and mode by the different geographical locations, and businesses in all or parts of the product life-cycle are developed, which realizes the collaboration among enterprises and sharing an integration of different kinds of the sources and provides needed products and services with high effectiveness, high quality and low cost. In the thesis, the alliance based CPD&CPC system and its key techniques are systemically studiedA decision support system for the customer requirements driven, alliance based CPD & CPC is proposed, and the multi-layer architecture of the proposed system is built. The decision making process, the key techniques of the process, and working mode of the process realization are studied.The key techniques of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) based market opportunity analysis and cooperative organization construction are studied. A method for determining the relative importance of technical characteristics is proposed, in which the information in product planning House of Quality (HoQ) in QFD are utilized and artificial neural network based fuzzy reasoning is used. A model for virtual multi-function team building is built, which maximizes the customer satisfaction and effectively take advantages of the human resources among the alliance. With the consideration of the different superiorities in techniques of the alliance members, a fuzzy integer planning model for selection of suppliers of the key parts which maximizes the customer satisfaction is presented.The key techniques of product design schemes evaluation and optimum selection with multi-decision makers participating are studied. A combination decision model based on the fuzzy optimization and evidence reasoning is presented to help the decision makers to express the uncertain and incomplete decision assessments fully and to select the optimum scheme flexibly and effectively according to the different cases, and the evaluation under different evidence framework in evidence reasoning is discussed.With the consideration of group participation in the product schemes evaluation in the alliance based CPD&CPC, a multi-objective planning model in which the individual preference is expressed in the form of fuzzy AHP is built to aggregate the decision makers'preferences; a basic linguistic term set based aggregation method is formed to aggregate the individual preference is expressed in the form of multi-granularity and/or multi-semantic fuzzy numbers.Particle swarm optimization based manufacturing partners selection is studied and the algorithm is given; based on analysis of the performance and problem of the traditional GA algorithm for the JSSP, an improved GA algorithm with memory storage is studied to solve the JSSP and the performance priority is analyzed.According to the characteristics of the alliance based cooperated production control, a mixed integer planning model for integrated optimization of process and scheduling under multi-order environment is proposed. The model minimizes the make-span in the alliance with constraints of production capability in the shop floor, precedence of the operations, setup time and transport time relating to the operations.Aiming at integrated optimization of planning and scheduling under the multi-order environment, a mixed integer planning model is proposed. The model takes the maximization of the utilization of the alliance resource and realization of Just-in-Time as the objectives, and takes capabilities of the resources, product structure, operation precedence, lead time and delivery time as the constraints.Based on these, an alliance mechanism based CPD&CPC prototype system is developed.
