Following the rapid development of truck-mounted artillery in the world and thecharacteristics of artillery in our country, adopting the currently popular large finiteelement software and multi-dynamics software, this dissertation establishes theoreticalanalysis model of truck-mounted artillery, structural design model as well asexperiment-verification model on the basis of advanced analytical theory of weapon effect,weapon system general techniques and weapon system dynamics theories. Theestablishment of these models provides theoretical design and analytical reference for theapplication of. truck-mounted artillery.The research contents and main conclusions are as follows:1. From the technologic development trend of weaponry and the characteristics of thefuture battlefields, the present thesis elaborates on the position and function oftruck-mounted artilleryin modern warfare and fully discusses the necessity of technologicdevelopment of truck-mounted artillery and the progress of truck-mounted artillery bothhome and abroad.2. Based on the structure of truck-mounted artillery, the basic model in efficiencyanalysis of truck-mounted artillery system, the campaigning-ability analysis oftruck-mounted artillery, the campaigning-effeciency analysis of truck-mounted artillerycamp ect.,. this dissertation puts forward effeciency analysis model and it analyzesintergratedly the system effecciency of a certain type of truck-mounted artillery throughcalculation.3. The current thesis discusses in detail the main factors that affect the shooting accuracyof truck-mounted artillery and establishes launching dynamics model oftruck-mountedartillery via the software ADMAS. Moreover, it proceeds analysis and calculation oncertain truck-mounted artillery and introduces random initial conditions of projectile andinner ballistics. The shooting dynamics model of truck-mounted artillery simulates theinitial flounce of projectile and acquires related simulation result. Meanwhile, adopting6-D outer ballistics model, taking into consideration the gun muzzle flounce calculatedfrom the random initial conditions of projectile, this paper also conducts simulationanalysis on the shooting intensity of truck-mounted artillery in biggest range.4. According to impact flow field analysis of the gun muzzle of truck-mounted artillery,impact response analysis of cab of truck-mounted howitzer, topological optimization of bodywork and anti-shockwave firing experiments, this thesis studies gun muzzleanti-shockwave response of cab of truck-mounted howitzer and the enhancement of itsanti-bounce ability and other aspects. From the concerned experiment data and references,the calculation results indicate that the impact flow field calculation model and the impactresponse calculation model established in the current dissertation are reasonable and theconcerned methods are viable.5. Through the analysis that system parameters effect the shooting stability during thetruck-mounted artillery shooting, this thesis acquires sensitivity each system parameter toshooting stability index, confirms eleven parameters as markedly-influencing factors,including centre of gravity position of chassis, gun barrel and cradle, elevating mechanismstiffness damp, front, rear and medium axle suspension stiffness and soil stiffness etc. Italso provides design variables for optimization design and achieves fairly idealoptimization results by optimizing truck-mounted howitzer stability with multiparameterand multiobjective.
