Manufacturing industry is now facing the growing frequent and unpredicted market changes; and the individualization and diversification of the customers demands have resulted in the shortage of service life of products as well as the ongoing acceleration of renewable speed. In order to win over the victory in the fierce market competitions, the enterprises should be able to make the dynamic adjustment of its manufacturing pattern and control tactics so as to support the rapidly response to the global competition, product innovation and the markets. Accordingly, the integration and co-sharing of manufacturing resources and information can be realized only via the internet. As a result, improving the agility, flexibility of manufacturing system and market strain ability is an important way to solve these problems.Based on the analysis of the manufacturing performances of mold or mould enterprise and in combination with AM (agile manufacturing) concept and BPR thought, this thesis suggests the professional flow procedures for AM of the order type enterprises; and also, the working patterns for agile is set up. Based on the detail analysis and research of each functional mold, this thesis advances the realization structures of the AM and controlling system based on Mediator; and also, the mixture controlling tactics by combining the coordination with the control is used to study and analyze the layers, types, functions and expression scheme of Mediator and Agent in the AM and control system.With an aim at the problem of dynamic dispatch of multiple tasks in the process of AM, the dispatch method of dynamic tasks based on Agent is suggested. Mediator should be effectively fused with the contract net method. Mediator can be used as the management, control and coordination device in the system, while the contract net can be served as the bidding tool in the process of dynamic task dispatch; and the physical equipment and concrete processing process can be completed using Agent tech, whereby the task optimal sequencing and the evaluation of bidding process can be realized. The simulation results indicate that this method is of great effectiveness for solving the problems of the dynamic task dispatch in the frequent changing production system.
