Engineering system dynamics is study the relation between system change and the action put on system. Transfer matrix method as a model method of engineering system dynamic is a new way of studying multibody system dynamics and pay attention to its high-level calculation efficiency. The engineering system dynamics that multibody system dynamics as a module method of engineering system dynamic was studied first. Multibody system transfer matrices method without control was intruducted, and the transfer matrices of multibody system typical components of linear transfer matrix method and time variable, nonlinear general multibody system typical components of discrete time transfer matrix method for multibody system were given. Transfer matrix method for linear multibody system that solves the problems of linear multibody system, such as: computation of vibration characteristics, orthogonality of eigenvector and exact analysis of dynamics response of multibody system. The problems of time variable system, nonlinear system and large motion general multibody system were solved by discrete time transfer matrix method for multibody system dynamics. But the transfer matrix method is applied multibody system without control only. The control actuator element transfer matrix and control feedback element transfer matrix was introduced to create controlled multibody system transfer matrices and the transfer matrix method was extended to deal with the multibody system dynamics with controlled. The method solve that the dynamic problem of controlled multibody system with delay and controlled multibody system without delay. The study subject, method and step of engineering system dynamic were dissertated.The theory framework of engineering system dynamics was formed and was applied in practical engineering system. The attitude angle of orientation locator for multiple launch rocket system was controlled that provided a large affection on firing dispersion. The national defence basic project as background and the dynamic model of cotrolled transfer matrix for multiple launch rocket was created in order to reduce the initial disturbance of rocket projectile. The causes that affect the angle change of orientation locator were analyzed by the engineering system dynamic theory base on multibody system transfer matrix method. The simulation of dispersion for multiple launch rocket was implementation, and the affect law between the angle of elevation and side deflection and the control parameters was acquired. The control module was installed on the orientation locator of multiple rocket launcher to control the initial disturbance of rocket that provide new method and theory base and show the engineering system dynamic base on the multibody system transfer matrix method is effective.
