The major content of this thesis included three parts:1 .Preparation and measurement of Bi system high temperature superconductor. Applied standard solid reaction method, Bi-system superconducting samples were prepared.On the base of superconducting character of superconductor,for all the samples R-T curves of resistance changing with temperature were measured by standard four lines method,and X~T curves of alternation magnetic susceptibility changing with temperature were measured by superconducting quantum interferometer.In this way,zero resistance temperatures of all samples were determined.The results indicated that all samples had good superconducting characters.In order to ascertain phase structures of Bi-system superconducting samples,X-ray diffraction spectrum of all samples were measured with X-ray diffraction meter.Result measured showed that in all Bi-system samples,contents of high Tc phase were absolutely superior in numbers,low Tc phases and impurity were relatively less.In order to analyse internal relations between lattice vibration and superconducting charaters of Bi-system superconductor,infrared absorption spectrum of all the samples were measured ,two different typies of infrared spectrophotometer were respectively used in measurement so that fine structure of infrared absorption spectrum of Bi-system superconductingsamples were completely revealed.From the infrared spectrum measured,the number and positions of absorption peaks were determined.2 Analysis of infrared absorption spectrum of Bi-system high temperature superconductor.
