According to the quality viewpoint in product of modern times, the necessity of studying weapon equipment integrity is point out. In this paper, the definitions and demands of integrity parameter for aeroplane structures, engines and mechanism equipments are given. And the effect of integrity parameter correlative is analyzed. By studying the damage tolerance and durability of aeroplane wings and strengthened planes, the quantitative result of correlative analysis is given. Finally, for weapon equipments, the measure of fulfilling integrity parameter is put forward. Then, the study offers a way for other products' integrity qualitative and quantitative analysis. The mostly tasks are as follows:(1) By studying the integrity, the definitions and demands of integrity parameter for different structures are given.(2) The study offers a way for the integrity quantitative analysis. (For aeroplane structures, guarantying the safety and economical maintain in used period, namely, satisfying the demands of damage toleranc'e design and durability design.)(3) For aeroplane wings and strengthened planes, the computation procedures of the stress intensity factors are worked out. The example computation result showed that the chosen model is reasonable and effective.(4) For the structures system, by plentiful analyses of damage tolerance and durability, significant failure modes are identified. And the correlation of failure modes is considered. Then, by the method of Ditlevnsen's narrow reliability bounds, the structural system integrity-probability is calculated.(5) For aeroplane structures, engines and mechanism equipments, themeasure of fulfilling integrity parameter is put forward. It is a practical meaning for advancing the efficiency of weapon equipments.
