Although the RFC of MTS Systems Corporation is a general methods to process road simulation test all over the world, it contains two disadvantages as follows: 1.Before the fatigue test, it will take a long period to carry through the off-line iteration to acquire a series control values. This not only takes a lot of time, but also requires the experimenter possessing profound knowledge of control theory and experience of iteration. 2.When the test is going along, the connection between the output of the test system and computer is broke off while the state of the test system is changing, so it is difficult to ensure the same precision of stochastic waveform reappearance of the test system output.This paper puts forward several views as the follows. For the SISO test task, the ESVRST(Electro-hydraulic Servo Vehicle Road Simulation Test-bed) system may be describe^by SISO CARMA. For the multi-output test task, such as to reappear multi-channel waveform of acceleration, the inputs and outputs is coupled, the ESVRST system must be describe^ by MIMO CARMA. To identify the model parameters of controlled ESVRST system on line, the recursive extended least square with variety forgetting factor is used, which makes the control system possess anti-disturb ability obviously and unchangeable precision of stochastic waveform reappearance. To acquire the model's order of controlled ESVRST system, BIC is used to check the order applicability, and F-criterion is used to make sure the model order finally.To reappear stochastic waveform on ESVRST in time field, the minimum variance implicit self-tuning regulators of SISO and MIMO systems are deduced based on CARMA models in this paper. The robustness of the regulator being used to control ESVRST is validated good. Using ESVRST made in China, the road roughness is reappeared with high precision. And the multi-output acceleration expectant stochastic waveforms of independent suspension and bumper are acquired with unchangeable precision.The outstanding characteristics of this control on ESVRST are good anti-disturb ability, easy to use and unchangeable reappearance precision.
