In recent years, vibration control technologies have been improved rapidly in both theoretical research and engineering application. Semiactive control has become an attractive research field because it can reach to the nearly same effect of active control with less energy. As a typical smart material,magnetorheologic(MR) fluid are mature and commercially available.MR damper based on MR fluid has become a typical representative of semictive controllable device with simple structure, controllable damping force,rapid response,strong damping force, and less energy consumption. The application of MR damper has become more and more widely. Because strong non-linear damping characteristics of the MR damper One of the key researches for nonlinear damping characteristic of MR damper is to establish right dynamic model meeting the requirements of real time control as well as the structure design for the application of MR damper,another is to establish effective real time control strategy in vibration isolation system.In this paper, theoretical analysis and dynamic simulation were used to research the dynamic performance and vibration control of MR damper under impact load.The following is the main contributions of this paper:1 Based on the high velocity condition under impact load, the parameterized dynamic model about MR damper and the mitigation system are developed.The dynamic model of the MR damper under impact load is build which is composed of viscous resistance, throttle resistance, coulomb resistance, inertia resistance and friction.Among the total resistance, only the coulomb resistance can be adjust by change the coil current, viscous resistance, throttle resistance, inertia resistance and friction are only relevant with the structure of MR damper and characteristics of magnetorheological fluid, once the structure of MR damper was determined, the damping forces are not be adjusted, and comprehensive describe the mechanical properties under the impact load of MR damper.2 From the device response time and magnetorheologic(MR) fluid response time under impact loading in two aspects of magnetorheological damper response time are discussed,analyzes MRF response time, excitation coil response time, control delay, structure time delay how to influence the system delay. H∞robust control and stability are addressed for a class of uncertain fuzzy systems with time-delays in both states and control inputs.Using a Lyapunov- Krasovskii functional in descriptor model transformation,we have presented the delay-dependent sufficient conditions of stability to ensure asymptotic stability of the system. To be less conservative in results, we employ an algorithm involving convex optimization in designing the state-feedback controller. The example shows the validity of our results.3 The characteristics of chaos particle swarm optimization and support vector regression model (SVR) are combined to present a novel state forecasting method. Chaos particle swarm optimization can solve the shortcomings of particle swarm optimization, such as local optimum, low convergence rate. And support vector regression model with good forecasting ability is obtained. Chaos particle swarm optimization is used to select appropriate parameters based on the analysis of support vector regression algorithm and chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm. And state prediction model based on chaos particle swarm optimization-SVR is created by the training sets. The experimental results demonstrate that the forecasting precision of the proposed model is higher than particle swarm optimization-SVR.4 Design the current drive of MR damper based on TMS320LF2407,it can control the operation of damper according the given control algorithm. The current drive is simple operation and can be satisfied the requirement of data record and display,and it has self-protection and fault diagnosis ability.5 In the MATLAB environment and on the Spring press, make a numerical simulation and experimentalverification for the MR damper model byusing the new control algorithm,and anlysis the feasibility of the algorithm.
