Production mine entering aging period,after a long term mining it will formate residual coal resources of different conditions: irregular shape,unstable coal thickness, complicated occurrence conditions and difficult mining.It is essential to mine from the viewpoints of environmental protection,coal resources and stabilize the production and operation of aged mine. Remining of aged mine's residual coal resources is one of the important contents of scientific mining,the research results will provide theoretical and practical reference for residual coal remining and have great theoretical and practical significance.This article researches from aged mine's residual coal structure,economical workability evaluation,remining conditions suitability evaluation and remining technology,and made innovative achievements in the following.(1) It puts forward the conception of aged coalmine which is a coal mine with limited recoverable resources that difficult to satisfy the capability requirement of production system continuously; determined the judgment indexes of aged coalmine: remaining recoverable reserves of production mine is 20% of originally design, there is no scalable resource at deep and periphery or the remaining service time of large-medium-scale mine is less than 10 years, small-scale 5 years; constructed the System Dynamic model for coal mine lifecycle basing on coal mine lifecycle theory, the model can recognize the stages of coal mine lifecycle by simulating the process of coal mine lifecycle.(2) Basing on mining loss analysis, summarized that thickness coal of goaf and margin angle coal pillar section are the main integrants of aged coalmine's residual coal resources, and according to the distribution between thickness coal of goaf and margin angle coal pillar, it proposed three types of residual coal remining, those are completely goaf remining, crossing coal pillar remining and lengthwise crossing remining.(3) According to feasibility factors analysis on affecting residual coal remining technology, this dissertation constructed feasibility variable weight fuzzy comprehensive model of residual coal resources remining technology under variable weight theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and evaluated examples of application.(4) On the basis of the natural value theory and environmental resources value theory of coal resources, it obtained the result that coal resources composing of natural value and environmental value, then constructed the economical workability evaluation formula of residual coal resources basing on coal resources value, that is: Pi ? Ci?R?( f1 ?EC1+f2?EC2)≥0.(5) According to basic mining theory and technical analysis of residual coal mining,it puts forward the key technologies content of remining.And it gives a detailed study including project design and technology application for the residual coal resource with typical conditon.
