At preseant, the problem on heavy metal pollution for water, fathering and using do as beginning point and base for a topic in the study. Choosing polluted water for Pb(Ⅱ) and Hg(Ⅱ) to be purifying object stand by standard on resource recycle and it is easy to get material, atopting high effect and cheap remnant actve silt in short of report, algae in fresh water never reported to be adsorpting material by immobilized technology. To engaged preparation of the two biomonomer and their compound immobilized new type biosorbent and purified polluted water for Pb(Ⅱ) and Hg(Ⅱ) one by one.1.studying object and main studying content in the textBy the study, a.we got technology of two biomonomer and their compound preparation; b.system parameter on purifying Pb(Ⅱ) and Hg(Ⅱ).c. recycle technology; mechanism on purifying Pb(Ⅱ) and Hg(Ⅱ). d. technics parameter of new type biosorbent in practise. E. for purifying polluted water for Pb(Ⅱ) and Hg(Ⅱ) finally.Main study content: a. choice and culture on WAS and algae in fresh water. b. study of immbilized technology and new type biosorbent's preparation. c.ability study of WAS sorbent for purifying Pb(Ⅱ) and Hg(Ⅱ) ion. Ability study on co-immobilized algae for purifying Pb(Ⅱ) and Hg(Ⅱ) ion. e. mechanism of immbilized WAS and algae for purifying Pb(Ⅱ) and Hg(Ⅱ) ion. f. applicationreal of polluded water for heavymetalConclusion of main experiment conclusion1the study is to purifys Pb(Ⅱ) and Hg(Ⅱ) in pollued water adopted by tachnology of remnant active silt with algae in fesh water after domestication and pretreatment. Remanant active silt is from sewage farm in west suburb and algae is from NanHu park. The result is that pH for was in first step and filar green algae in fesh water is 5, Pb(Ⅱ) and Hg(Ⅱ) were effectively adsorpted in unoptimized condition for normal temperature etc. The text provied effective biomaterial by new type biosorbent's prepearation; synchronously it provided new scientific bases for use on remnant active silt as recycle purpose and algae in fesh water as natural life-form.Conclusion2Using 7 kinds familiar entrapment immobiliz technology, best immobilize d entrapment technology to screening polyvinyl alcohol,PVA - sodium alginates,Na·Alg -Boric acid. Having the technology optimized, to prepeared best biosorbent'direction: PVA: sodium alginates,Na·Alg:1% liquor 200mL;remnant active silt (algae in fresh water)20g;1.0%CaCl2,50.0mol/LOP emulsification's saturated liquor H3BO3; 10%of Na2CO3 in liquor adjusted pH=6.7;about 3mm globalgrain. Immobilized more than 4h and distilled water cleaned. It is first time to applied experiment of which immobilized blank small ball and immobilized WAS algae in fresh water sorbent adsorpt Pb(Ⅱ) and Hg(Ⅱ).immmobilized carrier choosed PVA.and ACAM with better power, agglutinant adopted CA ,SA(10:1), saturated Boric Acid and CaCl22%, to engaged new type biosorbent's preparation by immobilized entrapment technology, also called purificant of remnant active silt and algae in fresh water grain. For capability to biosorbent prepared, the result is that intensity is well and sending ability is better, it is obvious to effect for purifying Pb(Ⅱ)and Hg(Ⅱ)immobilized blank small ball apeared dynamic change accompaning its time change. Adsorption rate reach 18.20% at 30 min and adorption quantity is immobilized grain 3.64mgPb(Ⅱ)/g. adsorption rate to Hg(Ⅱ) is same to apeared dynamic change accompaned by its time change, adsorption rate is higher at 45min 12.06% and adsorption quantity is 2.41 mgHg(Ⅱ)/g.Adsorption rate that immobilized remanant active silt grain adsorpted Pb(Ⅱ) apeared dynamic change accompaning its time change same to blank samll ball's. it is 64% at 60min and adsorption rate is 12.66 mgPb(Ⅱ)/g. Adsorption rate that immobilized remanant active silt grain adsorpted Hg(Ⅱ) changed by time, its speed rate is more quick to adsorpted Pb(Ⅱ), adsorption rate is 40.40% at 30 min and adsorption quantity is 8.08 mgHg(Ⅱ)/g, immobilized grain. Then adsorption rate became more high slowly by time added what it exist in dynamic balance process.Sorbent of immobilized algae's in fresh water adsorpted Pb(Ⅱ): adsorption quantity is 12.79 mgHg(Ⅱ)/g at 45min, then it apeared dynamic balance situation and to be almost saturation. For Hg(Ⅱ): adsorption rate became higher at 15min fleetly, 35.70%, adsorption quantity is 7.14 mgHg(Ⅱ)/g at 60 min, adsorption quantity isimmobilized grain 7.58 mgHg(Ⅱ)/g, then dynamic balance is apeared by time added.For same quality, blamk immobilized sorbent, and immobilied WAS sorbent and sorbent of immobilized algae in fresh water, order of their ability adsorped Pb(Ⅱ)and Hg(Ⅱ) is same, immobilied WAS sorbent> sorbent of immobilized algae in fresh water>blamk immobilized sorbent. Immobilized remanant active silt grain and immobilized algae in fresh water grain ability adsorpted two kinds of heavy metal are more strong to before immobilization. It provided data with dependable base to application study on capability of which immobilized WAS biosorbent, sorbent of immobilized algae in fresh water and co-immobilized silt algae sorbent purified two kinds of polluted water for heavy metal, and for next step to take improvement on effect of adsorption to two kinds of heavy metal.Conclusion 3What immobilized WAS sorbent adsorpted two kinds of heavy metal ion apeared different rule, the best condition to adsorpted Pb(Ⅱ) is 25℃, polluted liquor 200mL, concentration of blank liquor is 99.23mg/L, pH=5, entrapment quantity 1:5, shaking and adsorpting for 1h on 100rpm, the best adsorption rate is 71%, adsorption quantity is 14.20mg/g. the best condition to adsorpted Hg(Ⅱ) is 25℃, concentration of blank liquor is 99.87mg/L, pH=4, entrapment quantity 1:5, shaking and adsorpting for 1h on 100rpm, the best adsorption rate is 60%, adsorption quantity is 12.12mg/g.The element for infection order of heavy metal ion adsorption effect in the study is pH>entrapment quantity>temperature, for that condition to review adsorption change by time changed, the result is that its adsorption dynamics did not belong to No.1 dynamics, concentration of resouce water is in 20-70mg/L, adsorption quantity of which immobilized WAS adsorpted Pb(Ⅱ)and Hg(Ⅱ) is more by ncentration of resouce water added, adsorption data of isotherm is done to q and c reciprocal fig and to be the same with Langmuir model. The best apparent adsorption quantity of which immobilized WAS adsorpted Pb(Ⅱ)and Hg(Ⅱ) is 88.50mg·g-1,66.67mg·g-1. order on disturbing ability of several groovy ions to two kinds of heavy metal, Ca2+>Mg2+>Na+>K+> HCO3->Cl. The result of experimentshows that immobilized WAS sorbent has application foreground to polluted water for two kinds of heavymetal and provided dependable base for next step to study on co-immobilized silt algae sorbent adsorpting Pb(Ⅱ)and Hg(Ⅱ)Conclusion 4What immobilized algae in fresh water sorbent adsorpted two kinds of heavy metal apeared different rule, the best condition to adsorpted Pb(Ⅱ) is 20℃, polluted liquor 200mL, concentration of blank liquor is 99.23mg/L, liquor bulk is 200ml, pH=4, sorbent is 1g, entrapment quantity 1:5, shaking and adsorpting for 1h on 100rpm, the best adsorption rate is 71%, adsorption quantity is 14.20mg/g. the best condition to adsorpted Hg(Ⅱ) is 25℃, concentration of blank liquor is 99.87mg/L, pH=6, entrapment quantity 1:5, shaking and adsorpting for 1h on 100rpm, the best adsorption rate is 54.90%, adsorption quantity is 10.98mg/g.The element for infection order of heavy metal ion adsorption effect in the study is pH>entrapment quantity>temperature and immobilized algae do buffer liquor action in heavy metal liquor.Speed rate which immbilized algae in fresh water adsorpting two kinds of heavy metal is better to imitate No.1 dynamics equation in 60min. Two No.1 dynamics apart is yHg = 0.0415x - 4.604,R2Hg = 0.9962;yPb = 0.0518x - 4.6,R2Pb = 0.9909 It almost accord with classic Langmuir isotherm model in bound of experimental concentration. Regress equation: Pb(Ⅱ):1/q= 6.0281(1/c)+0.0105,R2 =0.9973;Hg(Ⅱ):1/q= 2.5112(1/c)+ 0.0498,R2= 0.9991;from regress equation we got best apparent adsorption quantity which immobilized WAS adsorpting Pb(Ⅱ)and Hg(Ⅱ), 95.24mg·g-1 and 20.08mg·g-1. for comparison to conclusion 3, immobilized algae in fresh water sorbent is better than immobilized WAS sorbent on adsorpting Pb(Ⅱ).Conclusion 5The best condition of co-immobilized silt algae purifying Pb(Ⅱ)and Hg(Ⅱ): blank liquor concentration on Pb(Ⅱ)and Hg(Ⅱ) is 30℃, sorbent is 1g ( enrtapment co-immobiliaed silt algae: immobilized reagent 1:10 ) 100.01mg/L and 99.98mg/L, pH=5, shaking and adsorpting for 1h on 100rpm, adsorption rate is 94.8% and 74.2%, adsorption quantity is 18.96mg/g and 14.44mg/g. to compared with immobilized WAS sorbent and immobilized algae in fresh water sorbent, co-immobilized advantage existed. Main couse: biomultiformity is added after algae and active silt were immobilized, then more medium group of it is propitious to complex with metal ion born, and immobilizd silt sorbent have stronger adsorption ability. Order of disturbing ion to adsorpting Pb(Ⅱ):Mg2+>Ca2+> Na+>Cl-> HCO3->K+,for Hg(Ⅱ):Mg2+ > Ca2+ >K+ >Na+> HCO3->Cl-. But anti-jamming ability have improvement to front two kinds of biosorbent It has big comparability on time what immobilized silt algae adsorpted Pb(Ⅱ)and Hg(Ⅱ), its speed of adsorption is very quick at beginning for conrtact, adsorption of bacteria adsorpted Pb(Ⅱ)and Hg(Ⅱ) is 97.9% and 80% to total adsorption quantity, then adsorption speed is low down gradually to dynamic balance. The change of adsorption speed rate reflect adsorption mechanism on a certain extentIts effect is not good to imitate NO.1 dynamics equation and linetype relationship can not be formed. Then it might be direct relationship to immobilized silt algae's complexity and for next step to discussion.Adsorption quantity is added by concentration added when concentration is different, to do q and c reciprocal fig, to imitated with Langmuir isotherm adsorption model, the result shows that linetype relationship is not good. It did not accord with typical Langmuir isothermal adsorption model in concentration bound of experiment Conclusion 6WAS is complicated system composed by bioorganism, organic polymer, colloid, mineral grain and metal ion. algae dust in fresh water mainly is constituted by a lot of Melosira, a few of Navicula Pinnularta and some production in out side of cell. What blank immobilized grain have many samdwich cavitys before adsorption is consanguineous to carrier's material. one side it is advantageous to transmission abiliy, One side to carrier's material's function group and metal ion action sufficient just because of immobilized carrier's material formed a netlike model effected by gooey. Three kinds of biosorbent's small bal grain have many samdwich cavitys in microcosmic world, the small one have many heaves symmetrical, so it enlarged interface on function group and metal ion. a part of cavitys were filled and small ball's microcosmic netlike structure exist different after two kinds of heavy metal adsorption. It shows that immobilized biosorbent exists differen specialty cause heavy metal give different behave wnhen sorbent adsorpt heavymetal ion. For analysis of infrared spectrum on immbilized biosorbent, the result is that it have a series of function groups after immobilized WAS and immobilized algae in fresh water biosorbent adsorpted two kinds of heavy metal, 3440cm-1,1657cm-1,2940cm-1,1420cm-1,1300-1345cm-1,1140cm-1 wave crest changed one by one. What immobilized WAS sorbent, immobilized algae in fresh water and co-immobilized silt algae biosorbent purifying heavy metal ion mainly is by coopration on Complex effects mechanism, coodination mechanism, abiodeposition mechanism and and ion exchang mechanism. It is safe and dependable by biosorbent's X diffractioner for biosorbent purified Pb(Ⅱ)and Hg(Ⅱ).Conclusion 7By the chapter's study, it proved that immobilized small ball bas broad-spectrum ability of adsorpting metal ion in polluted water for heavy metal. immobilized CA ball's adsorpting column has more strong ability to Cd2+ and Zn2+. Adsorpting column show it's better choosing adsroption ability when the experiment on compund polluted water for Cu2+, Zn2+ and Cd2+ is engaged. What muriatic acid 0.1 mol/L flumed by 3 times wast water speed have better analysis effect to adsorpting column saturated, analysis rate is more than 90%. The experiment compound filling cooprated with new type biosorbent shows that compound filling added is able to purifying polluted water heavy metalInnovational point of the text1. preparation of new type immobilized WAS conferva biosorbent2. It is first time to adopted algae in fresh water for study on purifying polluted water for heavy metal.
