In this thesis, the cementitious materials in CaO - SiO2 system are selected on the research focus of materials. Microwave (MW) heating technique is used to synthesize the desired cementitious materials. The research core of this thesis is the process in heating and synthesizing above cementitious materials with MW technique. The emphasis of this thesis is put on theoretical analysis, establishment of mathematical models, numerical simulation computation, as well as developing corresponding software for heating process to synthesize desired cementitious materials with MW technique.The theoretical research method of this thesis is how to establish the mathematical models through analysis and simplification on the process of MW heating to synthesize cementitious materials above mentioned, theoretically and reasonably. The mathematical models consist of simplified differential equations and some specified conditions, which include some boundary conditions, initial conditions, geometrical conditions and physical conditions.There are three corresponding mathematical models established in thesis, which are the mathematical model for microwave fields in resonance cavity, the mathematical model for microwave fields in the sample heated by MW and the mathematical model for temperature fields in the sample heated by MW. The three mathematical models can be computed with the methods of FEM (Finite Element Method), FDTD(Finite Difference Time Domain) and EFDM (Explicit Finite Difference Method), numerically and respectively, whose computation results are theoretical research achievements and numerical simulation to corresponding microwave fields and temperature in the heating process with MW techniques.Besides theoretical researches, the mathematical models as well as its simulation computation are also combined with corresponding experimental investigations as well as parameter measurements. In more details, the experimental investigation and corresponding measurements are taken under the instruction of above theoretical researches with specified aims, so that the experimental results and simulation computations can compare each other, take feedback each other and improve each other in order to optimize the mathematical models and corresponding computation program and to get computation results that are better conformity with experimental results. So, the research results may provide profound technical supports and instructions for application researches and development in the future.After theoretical analysis, simplification for differential equations, establishment of mathematical models, numerical computation for differential equation in mathematical models, programming with arithmetical language, feedback from experiments, correction to program, a package of comprehensive computer software for simulation computations with better performances have been gotten, which is run on computer to get numerical simulation to MW heating process above mentioned and give some details in the MW heating process. It is shown that the numerical computations are better conformity with the experimental results according to the comparison between temperature computation and temperature measured. These theoretical simulation and experimental results are main achievements of this thesis.
