For another, useful element in sewage sludge won't be fully developed, which causes the great waste of these valuable resources. Hence, we can conclude that developing the great potential of useful element from sewage sludge in the near future is really prosperous as our country retain the sustainable development and set up the economical society. Due to the dramatic rise of sewage from industry and wild use of fertilizer and pesticide, 50%~80% of heavy metals and organic pollutant from sewage are densely stored in sewage sludge by means of bacteria absorption and surface ingestion. These kinds of pollutant easily concentrate, are hardly being transferred and lead to diverse harmful effects. These features are the main obstacles during the process of resource utilization of sewage sludge, in addition to threatening surviving and health of human being. The content of heavy metals and organic pollutant, therefore, are the important indications of extent in the employment of resource utilization of sewage sludge.Many experts have already been completely aware that with the development of science of environment, total content of pollutant may fail to express toxicity together with its re-transformation and activity. Instead, so far, we know that existing speciation, to large degree, determines the environmental behavior and the biological effects.
