Model transfer, being one of the hot spots in chemometrics field, is the bottleneck for the debouchment of mathematics arithmetic from laboratory. In this paper, the convenient method for model transfer was studied and its effect was evaluated. In spectrum analysis such as UV-visible spectrogram, single vector model transfer was established by finding the sources of the difference among instruments. The steadiness and efficiency were validated by pattern recognition and multivariate calibration models, respectively. This method could predigest the mathematical and chemical manipulation for model transfer and was easy for prevalence. Also, model transfer was applied to the matching of sampling from various chromatogram column. In the information of one dimension chromatogram, good effect could be obtained by fully using the known conditions other than reservation time and aptitude matching. In this research, the difference among the instruments was effectively eliminate and the steady graft of mathematics model was achieved. It provided the way for rapid analysis popularization based on chemometrics and showed significant practical value.
