Molecule imprinting polymers (MIP) for organophosphorus toxicants and their hydrolyzates were prepared. The molecule recognition ability for MIPs was studied. MIPs were used as solid phase extraction (SPE) matrices to pre-process the practical sample for chromatography analysis. MIPs were also used as molecule recognition element for sensor technology. The major contents for the research were shown below:(1) The experiment conditions for making MIPs with perfect molecule recognition ability were investigated. Five kinds of MIP for sarin and find kinds of MIP for VX were prepared. The molecule recognition ability for the MIPs was investigated.(2) MIPs for the hydrolyzates of organophosphorus toxicants were prepared. The adsorption and desorption behavior of these MIPs to the hydrolyzates of organophosphorus toxicants were investigated.(3) MIP for pinacolyl methylphosphonate was used to pre-process the hydrolyzates for organophosphorus toxicants in blood to remove the impurities before CE analysis. MIP-SPE was also used to pre-process the aqueous sample of the Hydrolyzates of organophosphorus toxicants before GC analysis.(4) As molecule recognition element, MIP particles were coated on the surface of piezoelectric quartz. With the adsorption of the print molecule, the change of oscillating frequency for the piezoelectric quartz was investigated. And the change of electric resistance for MIP membrane after the adsorption of the print molecule was also studied.
