The paper studied the mechanism of rod string partial-wear at high water cut stage, discussed the influence of fluid flow and collar on the string's force, taked synthetically various facters of rod and tube partial-wear into account, provided the new computation means of string's neutralization point and axial thrust, also researched the bucking law of string below the neutral point.This paper was on the basis of analyzing the problem of anti-partial technology at present, has proposed a new technique based on the theory of dynamic pressure, can avoid partial-wear actively. On the foundation of summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the anti-partial wear technologies exsiting, the paper taked the 3 d visualization technique as the basis, developed the visual simulation system of the design anti-partial wear between rod and tube in pumping well. The visual simulation system can forecast well the effect anti-partial wear at design stage, do the optimization of partial-wear design, and improve the control effectiveness. The main achievements are summarized as follows:1,The paper analyzed the effect of rod collar and oil flow on the string's force, researched the distribution law of the rod string's force in the upstroke and down stroke, considered comprehensively the effect of the friction between piston and pump barrel, buoyancy, additional load produced by wellhead back pressure and the inertial force, established the mechnical model about the rod string's motion.2,Using above theory, the paper reestablished the calculation condition of the string's bucking, given the bucking law of rod string.3,According to above theory, the paper set up the influence law of rod and tube's bucking deformation after installing anti-partial tool, and the design method and rule about the anti-partial tool, solved the problem of installation randomness and partial wear point's change after installing the anti-partial tool in production.4,The article has put forward a new anti-partial technology which based on the theory of dynamic pressure lubrication, and devised the anti-partial tool. The field experiment of new anti-partial tool showed that: the anti-partial technology based on the principle of hydrodynamic lubrication can effectively prevent contact friction of rod and tube, and prolong the free period of oil well.5,The paper applied the basic theory of 3 d visual simulation about rod and tube model, taked VC++ as the development platform, used the OpenGL drawing technique, realized the protract of 3 d well and rapid modeling of 3 d rod and tube. On the basis, the article established the 3 d visual simulative environment, developed the visual design software of optimizing the anti-partial wear in rod pumping system, according to different well, it can rapid optimize and design the pumping wells's parameters, and make the anti-partial wear strategies.
