As a green environmental protection energy terrestrial heat has been generally attached all over the world .It also has become a target that each country competes for the research and development .China is a big energy-consuming country .At the same time it is also one of the low temperature and geothermal resource-rich countries .Now we have developed more than 3000 geothermal field, which is growing at a rate of 10 percent and the use of geothermal energy resources has ranked first in the world.In our total sedimentary of geothermal resources sedimentary basin Conductive geothermal field occupies quite a large proportion .This kind of geothermal field generally is buried deep with a low temperature .But the geothermal fields are large in scale and easy to exploit largely; geothermal resources have a high utilization and good economic returns. In this paper, aiming at the causes and type of the low-temperature geothermal fields, it has quite a detailed analysis of the way. The main work finished:1. We simply expound the causes and type of the G.F., the objective conditions of its formation, and analyze in distributive regular pattern and scope of the low-temperature G.F.2. Establish a simple model and proceed with forward modeling about the conduction-temperature G.F. formation in the heat conduction conditions to calculate the formation about the changeful process of formation temperature field at the same times, clarifying the effect between the thermal conductivity of the rock and the formation of formation temperature field.3.Through the analysis of the changeful connection between rock resistivity and temperature ,we calculate how temperature change affects on the formation of resistivity .Based on the exploration example of G.F., apparent resistivity is made to convert abnormal temperature .The result shows that: prospecting G.F. by resistivity ,the abnormal temperature which is got from resistivity temperature conversion makes a clear reflection to the geothermal reservoir structure and can forecast space of underground geothermal reservoir structure more exactly .According to examples of the exploration of G.F., resistivity which can directly forecast the techniques of thermal field reservoir temperature was firstly proposed.4. According to the causes how G.F .is formed, we research the data interpretive techniques of exploration of G.F. . Assessment is clearly proposed that the key of the geothermal field's Storage potential is the size of thermal reservoir structure and the size of thermal reservoir structure bears close relation to the integrity of rock formation .Pointing out faulting is the main reason for rock's crushing .Underground thermal reservoir structure mainly has something to do with the rock crusher's degree, then the rock porosity and dissolution ,which stated that the belt of deep fault generates the important regional vision of G.F.5. Completely analyse the effectiveness of the method of geophysical exploration for geothermal filed, and explore the practical application of the exploring G.F. by means of different geophysical prospecting methods. As the temperature of formation, the salinity of groundwater, the broken degree of formation, porosity, storage capacity all increase. All these factors are the main reasons for lower resistivity. In the dual effect of formation temperature and formation breaking ,the geothermal reservoir structure of resistivity significantly reduces, making the effect of prospecting G.F. by resistivity more evident .Through several representative examples of successful exploration to demonstrate prospecting by resistivity is feasible and effective. CSAMT has the advantages of a deep exploration, a large anti-interference capability, high working efficiency and so on . So it is a better method of G.F. survey at present.
