In order to simulate the stress field of the GGT between Golmud and EJNQ with a mi-crocomputer which is popular in China, the software tools such as Windows and Borland C++ from USA are adopted in this thesis, and some of their high technique are mixed to-gether. After multidimensional array is compressed into a one—dimensional array, one software package has been developed which can simulate the stress field of the lithosphere on a microcomputer. It solves the problems that the internal storage is not adequate, the speed is slow, and an array that is more than 64k bytes can not be used, etc. in a micro-computer. This software package is worth spreading. The result calculated with this soft-ware package testifies that Indian Plate collides with Siberia Plate, and the applied force from Siberia Plate is larger than that from south within the scope of this GGT,That is why Qilian Mountains rise, where the two plates insert down into the asthenosphere and form the thicker root of lithosphere. Meanwhile, it also testifies that the fracture zones ab-sorb and consume stress, and stress focus at the bottom of fracture zones.
