Nanostructured materials have sparked a worldwide interest because of their unique electronic, optical, and mechanical properties and their potential applications in nano- devices and functional materials. Among which, quantum dots (QDs) are abroad in the researches such as fluorescence probes, Fluorescence Energy Transfer (FRET) and so on for their extraordinary nanofluorescence effect. However, highly luminescent CdSe nanocrystalswereusually synthesized with organic system, the feasibility of using QDs in biological preparations has been questioned; they must maintain properties under aqueous biological conditions. How to integrate these magnetic and luminescent two kind nanomaterials into one is a very interesting but challenging subject. In this thesis, we deal mainly with the preparation and characterization of complex fluorescence CdSe QD structures, and the major fruits are listed below:(1) A route of high-temperature decomposition in organic phase has been used to get CdSe QDs, by design reactant mol ratio;"one-pot"synthesize CdSe/ZnSe core/shell structured QDs. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electronic microscope (TEM), UV-Vis absorption spectrum, fluorescence spectrum(PL), X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS) show that the product is of excellent crystal structure, monodispersivity, uniform in radius, size controllable,...
