This study have been over come a difficulty problem that it is nature resources exploration through biobarrier, after system study and set up biogeochemical remote sensing effects model of theory, experience and statistics from it needs with nature resources exploration under biobarrier in area of along the coast of South China. The study results showed:1. Based on the theory model, Au and Mo contents are 1000-1961 times than abundance in leaf that it has poisoned by Au, Mo and it's associated elements. The Mg ion in pigment has replaced by Au and Mo etc. ion. The thylakoid and cell has been broken. The grey pigment increased. The plant whos like Mo is decreased and became extinct. It is become rough on leaf's surface. The leaf's color of plant is became yellow and more color spots. The leaf of plant is become smaller. The withered leaf and brandes of tree is increaced until dead. The pigment content is 10-30% lower than that of normal area. The moisture content of leaf is 10-20% lower than that of normal area. The temperature of leaf's surface is 2-3 ℃ lower than that of normal area. The reflectance of leaf's surface is 5-30% higher or lower than that of normal area. The wave shape is moved 5-25nm to blue or red band. The steep slop in red band is 0.1-0.4 higher than that of normal area. The grey value of TM and AIS is 10-100% higher than that of normal area. The like hydrocarbon pigment and plaukton is increaced on sea surface where oil and gas lightly seepage in South China Sea. The temperature on sea surface is 2-3 ℃ higher than that of normal area. The main cover is the broadleaf forest on red soil of basaltic rock and limestone type, the mixed forest on red soil of metamorphic rock, silt sandstone and Q2 type, and the conifer forest onred soil of granite type in South China. There are the highest content of ferrimagnesium and rare earth elements in leaf of plant on basaltic rock type, the highest content of trace elements in leaf of plant on red soil of granite type, and the highest of Ca in leaf of plant on red soil of limestone type. There are the highest content of pigmeat in leaf of plant on red soil of basaltic rock type, and the lowest of pigment in leaf of plant on red soil of old red sand. There are the highest content in leaf of plant on red soil of silt sandston type, and the lowest moisture content in leaf of plant on red soil of limestone type. There are the highest reflectance value of leaf surface on red soil of Q2 and old red sand type, and the lowest reflectance value of leaf surface on red soil of limestone and metamorphic rock type. The difference is high to 50%. The wave is moved 5-25nm to blue or red band. The difference of error of wave shape and the steep slop in red band is 60-70% between high and low value, The difference of grey value of TM and AIS is 50-100% between the high and low value.2. The study result of experiential model showed, the EVL TVK MSI value of reflectance of leaf surface and TM in the area of Au and Mo ore is higher than that of normal area, the one and two princes value is 2-3 times than that of normal area. The difference value of EVI is 2.508, TVI is 0.4878, MSI is 0.4057, SVI is 2.613, and SAVI is 0.9124 of red soil in South China.3. The study result of statistics model showed, the EVI, TVI, MSI, SVI, SAVI, S and SS etc., have been marked pluralistic line relation with element content, pigment, moisture content of leaf, and temperature of leaf's surface that it's leaf of plant have been poisoned by nature resources, special, the S and SS value have a exactly interrelation with chlorophylla a and carotin in leaf of plant. It can be exactly discriminant nature resources effects abnormal of biogeochemical remote sensing by the model of grey system, fuzy discriminant, and cluster analysis. The rate of accuracy is high to 86-100%.4. The main bloze new trail of the study is set up the nature resoures forecast model of grey system, fuzy discriminant, cluster analysis and S model. The models reacted the objective law exactly than other models. It have been got a exactly resultsof nature resources research by the nature resources effects model of biogeochemical remote sensing in broad area where it is covered heavy plant in area of along the coast of South China.
