In this dissertation, we consider mainly large-aperture aspheric surfaces test with computer-generated hologram (CGH) on curve surface fabricated by laser direct writer. A new kind of method for aspherics test has been developed due to the traditional methods could not test aspherics with low cost, short period and high accuracy. The test setup of this method is a hybrid diffractive-refractive optical system by combining CGH with traditional optical lenses. In the method, not only the least characteristic size of CGH is decreased, but also the requirement for the whole test system is relaxed greatly. So it can save cost and time for the same aspherics test with high accuracy compared with other methods. Certainly, it has some limitations to improve. With theory analysis, we proposed a series of methods to solve those limitations successfully. The experiment results make sure their efficiency. In the first part, the basis knowledge about aspherics is illustrated. Then the measurement of large-aperture and deep concave aspheric surfaces with curve CGH is considered. We develop the design and theory of the test system. In this dissertation, we try to combine the CGH with the traditional optical compensators to simplify the null test system. We give two design examples and their corresponding results. Compared with two or three lenses compensators, the compensator of ours has only one lens with CGH to realize high accuracy. In the second part, the measurement of large-aperture convex aspheric surfaces with curve CGH is considered. We develop the design and theory of the test system, and propose some valid techniques to solve the limitations existing in the method. In the dissertation, we analyze deeply the transition process of the incident wave in the test...
