Polymorphism Of HLA-DRB1,DQA1,DQB1 In Four Chinese Nationalities

The human leucocyte antigen (HLA) genes exhibit highest degrees ofpolymorphism and remarkable ethnic differences in their allele andhaplotype frequencies. Study on polymorphism of HLA in differentpopulations could supply the basic data for disease-correlation, tissuetransplantation matching and anthropology analysis. HLA-DRB1,DQA1 andDQB1 genotypes were investigated in four Chinese minor nationalitiesincluding Lahu, Li, Sala and Tu using PCR-SSP genotyping method. Of16 DRB1 specificities, in Lahus, the most prevalent were DR2 (0.2455 ),DR6 (0.21812),DR9 (0.1591), the rarest were DR1 (0.0091), DR5(0.0181 ), DR10 (0.0182) ; in Lis , the most prevalent were DR2(0.2660),DR6 (0.2394),DR4 (0.1264),DR9 (0.1264), the rarest wereDR1 (0.0213), DR7 (0.0213),DR8 (0.0372),DR10 (0.0319) ; in Salas,the most prevalent were DR2 (0.01866),DR4 (0.01343),DR6 (0.1265),DR9 (0.1294) , the rarest were DR10 (0.0373) ; in Tus, the most prevalentwere DR2 (0.1812), DR5 (0.1449), DR9 (0.1377), DR6 (0.1342),the rarest were DR8(0.0362)and DR10( 0.0290). At DQA1 locus, in Lahus,the most prevalent were DQA1*0501 (0.1909),*0101 (0.1682), *0301(0.1546),*0102(0.1364),*0104 (0.1273), the rarest were DQA1*0302(0.0182), *0401 (0.0091) ; in Lis,the most prevalent were DQA1*0101(0.2070),*0102(0.1543), *0301 (0.1223), the rarest were DQA1*0103(0.0426); in Salas, the most prevalent were DQA1*0301 (0.2313),*0101(0.1866),*0501 (0.1269),the rarest were DQA1*0104 (0.0224)。 in Tus,the most prevalent were DQA1*0301 (0.2536),*0501 (0.1667), *0101(0.1304),*0102(0.1304), the rarest were DQA1*0103 (0.0362), *0104...
