Based on the t-J model, the normal-state behaviors of the frustrated copper oxides, i.e. the triangular antiferromagnets, including the charge dynamics and the spin dynamics, have been studied systematically whithin the fermion-spin theory. In addition, we also study the spin dynamics of the frustrated square antiferromagnets, by considering the next nearest neighbor hopping t'.In chapter II we introduce the t-J model and the fermion-spin theory. The t-J model may describe the essential low-energy physics of copper oxide materials with its local single occupancy constraint embodying the strong interaction among the electrons in copper oxide systems. The key to study the strong correlation problems is to treat the local single occupancy constraint properly. Although it's very difficult, proper treatment has occurred within fermion-spin theory. Based on fermion-spin theory, the results of theoretical research on the anomalous normal-state properties of the copper oxide are consistent with experimental results. In chapter III, the normal-state charge dynamics of the triangular antiferromagnets has been discussed within the framework of fermion-spin theory. In the first place, we investigate the in-plane charge dynamics of the doped bilayer triangular antiferromagnets by taking the bilayer interaction into consideration. We find that the optical conductivity shows a low-energy peak and unusual midinfrared band in higher energy region while the resistivity exhibits a nonlinear temperature dependence. These features are a little different from those in square antiferromagnets. In the second place, the c-axis charge dynamics of single layer and bilayer triangular lattice has been studied by considering the incoherent interlayer hopping. Similar to square antifer-...
