Giant steel containers play an important role in the economic development in our country. Most of them are loaded inflammable and explode-able and poisonous matters, therefore the giant steel container should be good quality. To obtain high quality of the container, the key is automatic welding technology whose core is the sensor of close checking seam tracking. According to investigation, a magneto resistance used for reading or writing data in computer is ideal to solve the problem. When the working magnetic field changes from 100 Gs to 5 Gs, the welding precision has been passed. When the system of the welding control is running in Daqing, Hainan and Liuzhou, it has something wrong, and the welding precision is getting low. It is with a tolerance of higher than 1.0 mm. The welding gun is installed with vertical plane, the error is only 5.3%(0.3mm) by the component of the geomagnetic field from Guilin to Daqing comparison with working magnetic field (5.0Gs), the error value is less than the tolerance of 1.0mm. The reason is that there is a special regular paten of MRWS in deferent strength geomagnetic field. To solve these problems, the thesis firstly explores the influence of the geomagnetic field on magneto resistance of welding sensor from the view of geophysical survey theories and magneto resistance technology, so it has innovation and practical worth.The MR used for reading and writing data in computer before MRWS is of sensing magnetic property, but the giant steel container is a good magnetic conductor, so it is possible to realize detection of seam tracking when NdFeB permanent magnet is applied to the MR as a exciting signal. The MR is made of the material of anisotropy magneto resistance or giant magneto resistance, and its model is shaped from material by laser technology, and finally MRWS is made out for detecting the seam tracking, controlling altitude of the welding gun after experiment over and over again. So the welding precision is improved in automated MAG It brings forth new idea.During developing the artificial intelligence of arc welding equipment, it is found that the geomagnetic field and artificial magnetic field has influence on the MRWS. By systematically studying and adopting thespherical cap harmonic analysis, the distribution maps of the magnetic force parameters of electronic spin dependent are firstly obtained about anisotropy and giant magneto resistance in the thesis. At the same time, the influence of the magnetic storm on the MRWS has also been researched. Its regular pattern is deferent from the geomagnetic field regular pattern. Besides the author has investigated changing regular on influence of the man-made magnetic field on the MRWS with quantitative analysis by geophysical theory. This lays a solid theoretic foundation for eliminating the influence of geophysical field and artificial field on the MRWS.Based on room temperature work, it is the first time to study regular pattern of MRWS's electronic spin-dependent scattering or spin-dependent tunneling under the influence of arcing temperature through the theories of light energy radiant transport of constant star, method of thermodynamics and simulating of arithmetic figure physics.A new method of artificial intelligence compensation that effectively eliminates the influence geomagnetic field, electromagnetic field and radiation of arcing temperature on the MRWS is creatively designed through practicing and investigating over and over again by systematically studying the concerned disciplines of self-learning fuzzy nerve network artificial intelligence, electromagnetic shielding theory and technology, thin film magneto resistance material of technology etc. ARM 32 bit data micro-processor with u C/OS-II operation system is embedded in the method. Finally the welding result fulfils high quality requirement. Therefore the idea is new. It makes progress on the welding field of technology.In a word, it is the first time to make a success in application research of MR on the arcing-weld field. And there are some problems to investigate in the future.
