Synthesis Of Partial Spidroin Ⅰ Gene And Expression Of Its Copolymers

NBK(Newborn bovine kidney )and CV-1 cell line respectively.Immuno-fluorescence assay showed that these six genes could express mormally in the four tested mammalian cell lines.In addition,stable CHO expressing cell line had been generated by subjecting transfectants to Zeocine,selection and screening for expression of interest gene using RT-PCR .The expressed product was characterized by SDS-PAGE and Western bllot analysis ,which presents interesting bands.
