Oil And Gas Geo-Anomaly Information Mining And Quantity Analysis Research

During the oil and gas exploration, there collects much information concerning geo-physical exploration, geo-chemical exploration, remote -sensing and geology exploration. How to mine valuable information and knowledge from all these data is a big problem. From the point of this view, Research has been done on mining oil and gas geo-anomaly information. Good results have been achieved as follows:1. Using geo-Anomaly theory and practice for reference, this paper puts forward the inception of oil and gas geo-anomaly and its research scale. It also points out that the main contents of oil and gas geo-anomaly should include basic theory research and some methods research such as algorithm for knowledge finding, data warehouse technology, visualization technology and so on.2. Introducing the methods of data mining to the information mining of geo-anomaly, author has done a lot of work on the new quantity methods research, which includes difference analysis, block folding filter, BP neural net and grey prediction.3. The paper points out that the mining process of oil and gas geo-anomaly is just the same as data mining. The process includes four interactive steps, which are data preparing, data mining, pattern evaluating and explaining and knowledge strengthening and applying. The mining of oil and gas anomaly is a repetitive process, during which a good scheme can be found.4. The research emphasizes on the combination of theory and practice. Taking the theory of oil and gas geo-anomaly as guide, using the new methods to applying in oil and gas evaluation in the Linqing basin, good results have been received.5. As to mining the oil and gas geo- anomaly information, a system including information extraction and visualization has been developed. It has been used in Linqing project.
