Gene transfer is a new and widely used technology in bioscience field. At present over 80 percent of transgenic animal models are constructed by means of microinjection. The desired volume of ejected foreign gene is determined by the holding capability of the recipient cells and the actual ejected volume of foreign gene will greatly influence the survival rate and expression result. As a window to the transgenic microinjection system, vision system plays a role of information medium between microworld and macroworld. It directly affects the operation accuracy and efficiency. So it is of interest to carry out some research on these two aspects. Nowadays research in these two fields is not much. The main research works carried out in this paper are as follows:Many literatures in the fields of transgenic technology, transgenic equipment and micro flow control technology are consulted and analyzed. According to the requirements of accuracy, repeating capability, agreeability, compatibility with environment and biology substance, a kind of electrical control microinjection system with gas Nitrogen as injection pressure medium was chosen as desired.According to the flow characteristics and the tip shape of the injection pipette measurements of ejection volume and tip size of the pipette were explored theoretically and described methodically.To resolve the difficulty of installing flow sensors in the conventional microinjection system, based on the development status of MEMS and micro flow control technology, the possibility of constructing a kind of transgenic microinjection system is analyzed and explored.On the basis of analysis, comparison and deduction of the corresponding literatures the principle of stereovision is systematically described. The important function of binocular parallax in the development of stereovision is stated, which forms the psychological and physiological basis of three-dimensional imaging system.A lot of literatures about the principles of the many different three-dimensional imaging technology are consulted. According to the corresponding requirements of microinjection operation binocular time-division three-dimensional imaging technology is chosen as desired.A kind of analogue time-division three-dimensional imaging system is firstly described. The system is of some sense of stereovision and can emancipate the operators from the shackles of microscope eyepieces. Flicker is a fatal drawback of the system. Based on the analysis of the whys of the flicker phenomenon a kind of flicker-free three-dimensional imaging system based on frequency duplication is then designed. This system totally eliminates the flicker phenomenon. It is integral, compact, real-time, economic and practical.Biology substance is transparent and the video signal will be distorted while being transferred. The influences of these factors necessitate the preprocessing of the video signal before being displayed. In view of this situation a kind of flicker free three-dimensional imaging system with the ability of video processing based on frequency duplication is designed finally in this paper.
