| The upgrading of the medical industry cannot be separated from the development of digital medicine.The construction of digital medicine includes thousands of software systems.The software project is a typical high-intelligence project,and its main investment is personnel investment.People often suffer from procrastination.In projects with low management level,student syndrome is more prominent.The critical chain introduces the theory of constraint(TOC)on the basis of the critical path,comprehensively considers the psychological factors of people,and absorbs the uncontrollable factors in the project process through the setting of the buffer zone,making the scheduling of project resources,especially human resources,more reasonable,so as to better solve the problem of project resource conflict and ensure the project progress.The L city digital medicine public service platform is a regional medical informatization project,which has exceeded the project schedule due to unreasonable human resource conflict resolution solutions and long activity safety time.This paper takes the construction project of L city digital medicine public service platform as the research object,and applies the critical chain method to formulate the human resource scheduling plan of the project.After a comprehensive analysis of the problems in the original scheduling plan,the resource scheduling method is used to solve the project human resource conflict and get the critical chain,the root variance method is used to calculate the project buffer zone,the different types of human resources in the project team are reallocated to improve their work efficiency,and the three-color method is used to monitor and warn the project buffer zone.Finally,a series of measures are proposed to ensure the smooth implementation of the improved plan.Through the comparison of the two plans,it is found that the improved plan has advantages over the original plan in terms of project progress and human resource occupation.The research in this paper shows that the critical chain method is more suitable for the human resource scheduling management of software projects with human resource investment as the main input resource than the traditional method. |
