With the continuous development of the social economy and the demand scale of medical service market is increasing,how to effectively solve the imbalance between the supply of medical services and the increasing demand for medical services is becoming more and more important.At the same time,our country is carrying out the medical reform such as medical alliance,exploring the practical road,striving for the reasonable allocation of medical resources from the perspective of medical alliance,realizing the allocation of high-quality medical resources to the grassroots,and solving the current practical problem of difficult to see a doctor.Under the dual pressure of social needs and self-management,hospital operation and management is the focus of hospital work,that is,to improve service capabilities and market competitiveness.As the key department of the hospital,the operating room itself has the characteristics of high cost,high economic efficiency,involving a wide range of hospital departments and so on.To solve the problem of operating room scheduling is the key to achieve optimal hospital management.Based on the actual development of medical alliance mode,considering the limitation of medical resources,especially surgery related resources,we propose a surgery scheduling problem considering the limitation of multiple medical resources from the perspective of medical alliance.Firstly,establish an optimization model for minimizing the operating cost of the medical alliance,comprehensively consider the characteristics of the operation,the difference in the operating room,and the capacity constraints of the doctors,and make daily scheduling arrangements for the patients waiting for the elective operation in the medical alliance.A genetic algorithm with nonnegative integer segment coding is used to obtain an optimized scheduling scheme.Because the whole process of surgery scheduling includes multiple stages.Based on this,a multi-stage and multi resource constraint optimization model of medical alliance scheduling is established,which involves the upstream and downstream medical resource constraints.Ant colony algorithm is used to realize the allocation of various medical resources in different stages of surgery.Finally,the experimental data are generated.Under different resource tension,the improved two-lever nested ant colony algorithm is compared with the general ant colony algorithm in the optimization effect.In theory,the work of this thesis enriches the research on the content of operating room scheduling under the medical alliance model,and provides a reference for the medical consortium exploration and resource optimization.From a practical point of view,it provides a reference for the scientific allocation of operating room resources under the mode of medical alliance.
