Purpose: In this study,the clinical data of inpatients with qi stagnation and blood stasis were analyzed and discussed on the demographic data,clinical data and herpes zoster pain related factors of the disease,which was helpful to clinicians to have a comprehensive understanding of qi stagnation and blood stasis snake string ulcer,and to provide targeted suggestions for the prevention and clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Material and method: By consulting Liaoning university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of dermatological department on July 1,2018-2022 during the electronic medical record system,according to the discharge diagnosis retrieval including "herpes zoster","after herpes zoster neuralgia" name of discharge patients with medical records,and the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of patients with snake Chuan Qi stagnation blood stasis screening,finally into the qi stagnation blood stasis snake sores patients a total of 213 cases.The clinical data of 213 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis were recorded and analyzed.SPSS27.0 data software was used for general data analysis and core drug cluster analysis,IBM SPSS Modeler 18 software was used for drug association rules,and Gephi0.9.2software was used for complex network system analysis.Results:1 General demographic data: i General demographic data: the ratio of 213 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis snake sores was 1:1.51,the peak age of onset was 61-70 years,the median age of onset was 67 years,the lowest age was 21 years and the highest age was 92years;the history of surgical trauma,hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease,most patients had at least 1 chronic underlying disease;most patients had first onset.2 Clinical data: This disease has an onset in all four seasons,More common in autumn and winter,The onset of cold dew to frost’s Descent most;The proportion of patients with acute phase of snake string sore pain and PHN patients was 1:1.24;There was a significant difference between the admission pain score and the left and right distribution of skin lesions;The good skin lesions are mainly concentrated in the trunk and upper limbs,And when the skin lesions involve the face,neck,armpit and waist,Significant difference;When the involved nerve is located in the cervical plexus,lumbosacral plexus,and cranial nerve area,Significant difference;The meridians involving the most are foot Yangming stomach meridian and foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian;The most common types of skin lesions are the vulgaris,Eye ocular zoster and common herpes zoster and pain stage have significant differences;The first symptoms of rash and pain occurred at the same time;Dark red in the tongue,Most white moss patients in the liverwort,The most string veins in the pulse image,Among them,the people with a dark red tongue and the pain stage have a significant difference;Pain stage showed a significant difference from the number of hospital days.3 Treatment: All patients are treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment includes traditional Chinese medicine decoction,Chinese patent medicine,and western medicine treatment includes antiviral drugs,nutritional drugs,nerve drugs,immunomodulatory drugs,and combined with external treatment methods.4 Efficacy: Among the 213 patients with gas stagnation and blood stasis in this study,the average hospitalization days was(12.51 ± 2.477)days,indicating the pain stage and post-discharge pain scores.Patients in the acute phase of this study had a longer hospital stay.There were 24 ineffective patients and 189 effective patients,with an effective rate of88.732%.Conclusion:1 In this study,more patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis were women than men,and the population was mainly middle-aged and elderly.The patients with chronic basic diseases and a history of surgical trauma were risk factors for patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis.2 Qi stagnation and blood stasis snake sores throughout the occurrence and development of herpes zoster,and the distribution characteristics of different skin lesions,tongue quality,immune function,and hospitalization days have different effects on different pain stages of Qi stagnation and blood stasis.3 The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,replenish deficiency,clear heat and regulate qi.The medicine is mainly warm and cold,and the taste of medicine is mainly sweet,bitter and spicy.In clinical treatment,Jinling seed powder,Gardenia licorice soup,Guizhi poring pill and blood fu decoction are the most common,and nutrition and immune modulation,supplemented by external treatment;the combination of the two can effectively relieve the pain degree and duration of pain in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis. |
