Research purpose: To explore whether there is a correlation between serum high sensitive C-reactive protein, homocysteine and obese mild cognitive impairment patients with phlegm and blood stasis, and to provide ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of obesity with mild cognitive impairment.Materials and methods:This study included in April 2021 to September 2022 in the affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine professor wangli outpatient, meet the diagnostic criteria of obese mild cognitive impairment patients with phlegm and blood stasis,20 cases with simple obesity as control group, and in the same period in Liaoning province to recruit volunteers, select and observation group, control group age, gender matching healthy 20 cases as normal group.Relevant clinical data and blood samples were collected, and the content of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and homocysteine were detected.Cognitive function was assessed by Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological(RBANS).The data obtained were statistically analyzed by spss27.0 statistical softwareResults:1.There was no significant difference between the age and sex groups(not statistically significant)P> 0.05),and in Body Mass Index(BMI),the differences were significant(P<0.05);2.The difference in high sensitive C-reactive protein among the three groups was statistically significant(F=11.535,P <0.001),in which the control group high sensitive C-reactive protein level was higher than the normal group, the observation group was higher than the control group, and the three groups showed statistically significant results(normal and control group:P=0.010 <0.05,normal and observation group: P <0.001,control and observation group:P=0.039 <0.05);3.The difference in homocysteine level between the three groups was statistically significant(F=10.460,P <0.001),in which the homocysteine level in the control group was higher than the normal group, the observation group was higher than the control group. All the three groups showed statistically significant results(Normal and control group: P=0.039 <0.05,normal and observation group: P<0.001,control and observation group: P=0.017 <0.05);4.Cognitive function of patients(RBANS Scale score)were correlated with high sensitive C-reactive protein and homocysteine, and both were negatively correlated(RBANS score and high sensitive C-reactive protein: r=-0.581,P<0.001,RBANS score and homocysteine:r=-0.564,P <0.001).Conclusion:1.The serum high sensitive C-reactive protein and homocysteine levels in obese mild cognitive impairment patients with phlegm and blood stasis were higher than those in simple obese patients and healthy people.2.Serum high sensitive C-reactive protein, homocysteine are negatively correlated with cognitive function.3.The pathogenesis of obesity with mild cognitive impairment may be related to the inflammatory response, homocysteine.
