Purpose:By sorting out the "Huangdi Neijing"(hereinafter referred to as "Neijing")and various annotated documents about "S" of emotions,analyzing and discussing the connotation,physiological characteristics,pathogenic characteristics,and treatment methods of "thinking",for the purpose of The clinical diagnosis and treatment of emotional diseases provide theoretical basis and literature basis.Material and method:This thesis uses the method of combining literature research and theoretical research,and uses "Huangdi Neijing Suwen","Lingshu Jing" published by People’s Medical Publishing House in 1963 and the annotated editions of the "Neijing" as the data acquisition carrier.Through the collection of documents,sort out and analyze the "Si" of"Neijing" and related original texts,and strive to comprehensively sort out the theoretical origin of "Si" of emotion and will in "Neijing".Results:1.Combing the relevant original texts of "Si" in "Neijing",and examining the meaning of"Si";2.Define the two-way meaning of "Si" in emotion,summarize and clarify multiple meanings;3.Sorting out the writings of the annotators of past dynasties on the "Si" of emotions in Neijing,and comprehensively analyzing the theoretical elements of "Si" in combination with medical theory and related medical cases;4.Combined with literature research on the theory of "Si" of emotions,analyze the etiology of"Si" and the relationship between viscera;5.Discuss the treatment methods of diseases caused by "Si",and provide theoretical basis and literature support for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion:1.Through the textual research of the word "Si",its meaning includes six aspects:consideration,thinking,miss,miss,modal particle and surname;the "Si" of emotion in traditional Chinese medicine originated from Neijing,and "Si" of emotion.There are three interpretations of the seven emotions:one refers to "missing" and "concern",that is,"concern,concern,thinking,and hope";The "Si" theory of emotion in Neijing laid the foundation for the formation of the theory of emotion in later generations.2.The "Si" of emotions is rooted in the heart,originated in the spleen,rooted in the kidneys,regulated in the liver,and about the lungs,which is the basis of emotions and the core of cognition;anxiety is a disease that first damages the visceral qi,and the spleen is normal,which can further damage the spirit stored in the five viscera,and cause emotional and psychosomatic diseases such as gall tumors,insomnia,and depression syndromes.3.The treatment of "Si" disease can be based on the principle of restraint of the five elements,and adopt the method of "anger wins Si" and emotion;easy "Si" physique can be adapted to the four seasons,protect the kidney and essence,regulate emotions,transfer Emotional and other aspects of comprehensive conditioning.
